Example #2 of Our Process

As an example, our work with company X helps them determine that four topics are Critical Start Points for their supervisory level employees. Because work teams have been plagued with constant friction over work schedules and complaints of favored treatment for some employees, these Critical Start Points are related to communication skills and work process development.

Based on the work schedule, we determine that those four topics could be effectively taught in half-day sessions, one for each topic, over a two-month schedule. Our plan would incorporate the process steps for each part of the defined management development program, as illustrated on the following page.

Your situation may be similar to—or significantly different from—this example. You may want to focus on a single skill area, single department, or employee level. You may need assistance with one critical challenge or work with us as your training partner to design and implement long-range development at the site level or company wide.
