Turns the Chipper cycle automatic mode on or off (toggle). When active,
the Chipper Section will automate via the limit switches, photocells, and
the PLC. The Chipper Automatic mode covers all machinery beginning with the
Scanner Transfer Chains and ending with the Gang Saw Infeed Table.
The goal is to keep the Canter/Gang Section in this mode as
much as possible to increase efficiency and production.
