Manually starts the Chipper Feed Cycle. The Chipper Feed Cycle drops the Infeed Table Press Rolls, lowers the Spotting Chains (dropping the cant onto the moving Chipper Feed Drive), feeds the cant into the Chipper, and engages all of the Chipper components while the cant is fed through and out of the Chipper.
