A thorough understanding of your audience - and your manufacturing process - is the key to developing effective training. Effective training programs use materials that appeal to a variety of learning styles, engage the audience, and reinforce learning. We build materials to meet the needs of your audience.
In many cases, we already understand your processes, since we’ve developed training materials on similar equipment before. Often, we have illustrations and source data in our library that will expedite the development of your site’s material.
We make it a point to research every aspect of your operation, and we field validate everything we produce before you do. Our experience, resources and field work dramatically reduce the time your people spend reviewing material. Since our methodology guarantees accuracy, your review efforts can focus on the things that make you money.
We produce materials in any format and media that is useful to you. Options include:
- Electronic Materials: Web-based. LAN-based. Multimedia. Ideal for use with learning management systems or for distribution over your site's network.
- Paper-Based Materials: For electronic distribution/access or for traditional classroom instruction.
- Checklists: Ideal for structured training activities, confirming location of critical equipment and structuring on-the-job training. For electronic access and/or paper distribution.
- Standard Operating Procedures: For guiding operations and training purposes, as reference or study guides. Essential for standardizing operations. Ideal for network access.
- Graphics: 2-D, 3-D, exploded views, cutaways, animations and emulations - graphics can be valuable as stand alone training tools.
- Workbooks/Study Guides: A blend of information and directions for completing training assignments.
- Existing Documentation: Given a good training process, existing documentation (P&IDs/DCS screens) can be an effective, low cost alternative to traditional materials.
