Communicating on a regular
basis is a key part of the mentoring process. To
help mentors structure regular discussions, the Companion
files will offer new suggestions and topics each month.
Each topic will build on specific
information--including expectations for the mentoring process,
company history, articles defining leadership issues--to give
mentoring pairs a foundation for meaningful discussions.
